Dr. Lee started practising dentistry since 2000 and founded the WhiteZone Dental in 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Malaya. Dr. Lee believes in eco-friendly dentistry to minimise the detrimental impact of dental services on the environment and our health. She has a gentle hand and thus many patients found her treatment painless and soothing.

I’ve never been someone who enjoys dental visits, even routine scaling used to feel like something I had to mentally prepare for. That said, my experience with Dr William Choo has been consistently positive and has genuinely changed my perspective on dental care. He is very meticulous, gentle, and patient in his approach. I understand he manages a significant number of paediatric cases, and it really shows in his technique—there’s a level of care and control that makes procedures much more comfortable than expected. What started as routine visits gradually built enough trust for me to proceed with more involved treatments, including extractions, minor surgical procedures, and even Invisalign under his care. What stands out is his professionalism. He takes the time to explain available options clearly, including the pros and cons, and allows you to make an informed decision. If you raise any concerns, he doesn’t dismiss them, he actually thinks through them carefully and often comes back with thoughtful solutions or alternatives. That level of clinical reasoning and transparency is something I value highly. The clinic setup is also well thought out. Protective aprons are provided for every visit, along with glasses to prevent water splashes, small but meaningful details. Overall, the procedures feel cleaner, more controlled, and noticeably more comfortable compared to most dental experiences I’ve had. I’ve personally recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues, and the feedback has been consistently positive across the board. Even from a medical professional standpoint, I appreciate the level of professionalism, ethics, and patient-centred care. The assistants are friendly and well trained too. Definitely a practice I’m comfortable returning to long term.

I had my scaling and tooth filling treatment with Dr. Lee, and the experience was really good. The procedure was not painful at all, and Dr. Lee was very gentle, which made the whole process feel very comfortable. Even after the treatment, I didn’t experience any discomfort. A day later everything still feels normal, and I can eat and drink without any issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the treatment and the way the doctor handled the procedure. Highly recommended for anyone who feels nervous about dental treatments.

I came here for my wisdom tooth and consulted with Dr. Lee. She was incredibly kind, clearly explained the best treatment option, and performed the extraction for me. Surprisingly, the procedure was completely painless—she is very experienced. The staffs were also friendly and helpful, especially in explaining the post-extraction care. I love this clinic and would definitely choose it again.

First time here, came without any appointment due to pain and swelling. I felt relief that doctor could willing to see me without appointment, coz 2 other dentist nearby rejected me. Overall happy with Dr Lee's consultation. Nurses are also very professional. Place is very clean too.

My family and I have been going to Whitezone Dental Clinic for more than a decade. I had to do three root canal treatments and each time I felt calm and relaxed because I know Dr Lee will definitely do a good job! There was minimal pain and Dr Lee is very gentle, friendly and understanding too. We are very happy to know Dr William on this trip back and he is also a wonderful dentist. Both dentists treated and helped solved all our dental problems. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, making sure to remind us of any appointments and checking on us after any surgery or treatment. I would highly recommend it to everyone because Dr Lee and her team at Whitezone are very professional making them one of the best dental clinics that my family has visited. Keep up the good work!!!

Dr Lee is the first doctor to make me feel safe and trust that a dental visit can be pleasant and non-traumatizing and I can never thank her and her wonderful team enough for that. Despite the feeling, I still had panic attack when I felt a sharp stab of pain on my teeth the night before my appointment with her. I described the pain with more gestures rather than words but Dr Lee very patiently listened to everything I was saying and never once made me feel like I'm just speaking in gibberish. She identified this tooth as having issues 3 years earlier and I felt guilty for ignoring her advice back then. Then she explained what, how and why she will do certain procedures to my teeth while giving me sort of heads up every time I'll feel any discomfort or pain. I appreciate this kind gestures so much because as someone with high anxiety, I've had prior unpleasant experiences in other places and Dr Lee's way of handling me is so professional and yet feels so personal and warm. I know I'm in safe hands no matter what issues I go to see her. Not to forget her competent nurses who are always soft spoken and competent and her very friendly front desk officer who make the whole experience a very pleasing one. Thank you so much Dr Lee and team - I wish I can describe my visits more eloquently but words are never enough to do so because you are always exceeding expectations!
